We are looking for an HR Specialist that is focused on recruiting and growing a professional and high-caliber team. This person will be responsible for attracting great talent across the organization, as well as managing the hiring and onboarding processes.

In this position, you must be truly passionate about finding and scrutinizing candidates who are capable, engaged, and interested in growing the organization, and themselves. Your responsibilities include the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, supporting onboarded employees, the associated toolsets, and of course finding high integrity candidates.
The ideal candidate for this position has more than five years of experience under their belt and knows what generally works and what generally does not. They are also opening and willing to explore creative ways of attracting talent and supporting successful onboarding.
